The Dragonfly Sanctuary at Cornmill Meadows, just north of Waltham Abbey again. These beautiful irridescent blue-green damselflies with dark patches on their wings were abundant (I think they're Banded Demoiselle Damselflies). This one was sunning itself on a stalk of grass.
